All approved participants are required to stay at least 30 days every year in Sarawak as one of the conditions for consideration of extension and renewal of S-MM2H programme.
An approved participant is allowed to purchase a residential house in Sarawak at a minimum price of RM600,000.00 per unit for Kuching and RM500,000.00 per unit for other divisions.
Participants could make partial withdrawal of their Fixed Deposit (maximum 40% of the Fixed Deposit amount) from the second year onwards for:

Children's Education
For aged 40-49 years old-Either investment in property (RM600,000 in Kuching, RM500,000 in other areas) OR have children enrolled in an educational institution in Sarawak. For aged 30-39 years old-Must have children enrolled in an educational institution in Sarawak.
