Sabah and Sarawak control their own immigration. Sabah has so far chosen to follow the national MM2H programme, but Sarawak has created its own version which is a lot more friendly to foreigners wishing to live in Malaysia.

- All documents must be in English (otherwise certified translations must be provided)
- All copied documents must be certified as true copies
- Documents must be sent to us as hard copies
Additional Fees
- Insurance purchase: RM1500-3000 per person
- Security bond payment: RM750-2000
- CTC of documents: RM150-200
- Visa fee: RM500 per person per year
Document Certification
We can certify true copies as required. For bank statements, the bank can certify bank statements with their original bank stamp. If any original documents are sent, then no certification is required.
